Dimensions of the picture frames

The dimensions specified for the frames indicate the size of the image that can fit inside, i.e., the image dimension. This is also the measurement you must use when you order a custom-sized picture frame. To find out the total size, just add the image size to the molding width x 2. For example, if you have a picture frame with an image size of 40x60 cm, and the molding width is 1.3 cm, you would calculate the width as 40 + 1.3 + 1.3 = 42.6 cm. Calculate the height of the picture frame in the same way.

Type of glass

When you navigate this page, you can, among other things, search for picture frames by type of glass. The glass types you can choose from are regular glass, float glass, plexiglass, and anti-reflective glass. Float glass is a smoother glass than the regular variant and has better light properties. Plexiglass is a form of transparent acrylic plastic that mimics glass. Anti-reflective glass has been treated so that the image in your picture frame doesn't disappear behind reflections from room lights or daylight. The latter is very popular with our customers!
